I ordered Paneer sub sandwich from Zomato today and it turned out to be Worst subway sandwich ever made in the world. I tried calling the subway outlet as soon as order was placed and no one answered my call.. I got a phone number from Google and when the person picked up the phone he said it's not subway outlet. I even contacted zomato support and even they were unable to reach the hotel. I felt something was wrong. And when I got the sub, I opened it and I could definitely felt it was looking very small. When I started eating it, I could not feel the paneer or the sauces. It was completely dry and tasteless. Then I opened it up and to my shock there were very few vegetables and no sauce or cheese slice. There were few olives, jalepenos and less veggies. This was like the worst sandwich that anyone can ever prepared. I had to add mayonnaise and few sauces to eat the sandwich. There was no tissue paper also issued. This is clearly lack of professionalism and exploitation of customer. Did not expect this kind of service from Subway. Please don't ever order from this shop. I hope someone takes responsibility for this and takes respective action on this branch. I am adding the photos as well.
This subway outlet is in the food court at the RMZ mall, and with ample seating. The service was quick, the persons manning the outlet work hard towards providing good service to their customers. The food, as usual, is at its best when it comes to Subway! Cards and UPI payment accepted here.
Delicious! Had chicken Teriyaki and roasted chicken strip subway. Both made well and as per my request!

As someone who is visiting India for the first time, this is the the most disgusting subway I've ever experienced. The server lady was having a casual chit chat with two random people who dis not even order while i was waiting at the front of my line to recieve the order. She made me wait for 10 minutes till she had was finally satisfied with her long conversation with the man in question. After she made me pay her i asked for non veg and said it wasn't available. Same happened, they said cheese wasn't available. Sandwich without a cheese is unusual, but i let it go thinking it was a genuine problem. She made me pay full price for everything. As i was waiting afterwards, guess what? Another customer comes, asks to order and magically their cheese and non veg options are available :) So far I've only had positive experiences in this amazing country but people like these make me question it all.
They didn't give 1 six inch sub and also 2 cookies which I had ordered. In the subs that came, they gave the wrong bread and the mexican patty inside it was raw and uncooked. The veggies were stale, nothing was fresh. Not even paper tissues were given. Pathetic service! As a loyal customer of the Subway brand I will definitely not be ordering from this branch again.
Good Stuffs are available and as usual mouth watering dishes are the best part of the shop. Price are reasonable like almost all the malls in Bangalore the same thing are available. Recommended to visit and taste the mouth watering dishes
Decent place to spend some time during night. Ambiance is good. Crowd is also cosmo. One bad thing is that icecream joint within the Subway. This could have been kept separate. Overall ok types to have some break from daily routine and want to have something different.
