Shortage of staff is quite evident, the service was extremely slow. They only had one type of bread (oregano). The vegetarian counter is relatively small and very inefficiently managed. There was no sauces nor lettuce they had to bring it from back which costed 2-3 minutes which is just not acceptable for fast food chain. Overall the ambience was fine except the AC, in Delhi heat you can't have a slow AC. Also even though you are giving instructions for making sub the incompetence of staff is transferred to the taste of sub. Overall a bad experience.
