I visited Subway at Sewaood Grand Central Mall yesterday. Ordered a Chicken tikka Delight When opened the sub I found a small cockroach stuck to the bread. Unfortunately I could take picture then but returned it to the counter. The staff there just said sorry and returned the money. Subway being one of my favorite places to eat, I thought it was important to share this feedback so that necessary hygiene checks can be done to ensure people continue to believe in this brand.
Hungry & want to eat healthy then Subway is the best option. They have a variety in breads, colorful veggies & flavourful patty. In this outlet, service was slow. I had a Mexican Patty Subway & it was delightful. It's always a hit among vegetarians.
We had 2 subs.. and found that the bread as well as inside stuffing is cold and not worth eating. The service team is not trained at all. Subway brand will easily be destroyed by such service . Your Inorbit centre serves better quality subs
This subway really needs to work on training and hiring staff that is aware of making sandwiches in hygienic way. I had to tell the person to change his gloves. The instance I saw one of their staff pick the bill fallen on floor and then continue making sub with the same gloves was it for me. Seriously work on hygiene on priority basis and also please inform or put out some sort of info when you dont have certain breads or veggies.
Subway seawoods outlet is not upto the Subway standard They never have the bread options and qty of chicken in sandwich is always less Went there twice very recently n had the same experience both times To add to it, the staff is inexperinced
the service in the Nexus mall Subway was absolutely disgusting. the cashier wouldn't listen to half the things i told her and the employees forgot things in my order. they talk behind the counter constantly and do not pay attention to the customers orders. i love Subway and their food but the service here is v bad lately.
Today i ordered thru zomato ...my order was prepared immediately but delivery partner was made to stand for 1 hr as the previous order was not being made ...so my order took 1hr.10 mins and i got food which was prepared 55 mins before...horrible service by this outlet...they should be ashamed of themselves for troubling customers like this...
