Really bad experience staff behaviour is very rude. There are 2 persons are there behaviour is very rude. They use liquid cheese. I told him them that use cheese slice they told me that it's additional chargeable on that day i eat sub in nikol, Ahmedabad branch they didn't use liquid cheese they use cheese slice. On HFM the manager told me that he is knowing nikol branch manager and openly done rude behaviour with me. His name is Mr. Ashok.
4 pm Monday. Rude staff, Poor quality salads and some basics like lattice and bread were not available. If you want to order, they would bake some breads and baking would take 20 minutes. Who'd like to wait for 20 mins while on highway?

Very bad experience we had. We asked him to parcel the salad then he refused for it saying that they dont have the lid for tge box. Secondly, we ordered two salads one hara bhara kabad salad and another aloo patty salad which he tried to prepare the same for both. Then we had to explain her that both are different customized salads. This isnt expected from Subway. The staff must be professionally trained .
