Subway - Sandwich shop in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

20 July 2023. Between 3 to 5 I visit Subway at R City Mall Since I come from rural area. And going subway for the first time. So I don't know what to order. because I don't know anything about menu. I was there asking a person at the counter. that i don't know anything about menu so tell me something spicy and crispy. That person told one of his colleagues very rudely That He is unable to read. He is not educated. help him. This is absolutely unbelievable to me. I'm just asking the person that I don't know anything about menu that's it. then i leave the subway without eating anything,

The location of the subway in r city is slightly challenging. I wonder why they have this place in the first place. It's neither near the food court nor it's near an area where there is a huge footfall. One this is for sure people coming to Inox will see The first thing is the subway. Food taste from any subway is no doubt good. I prefer eating salad lately because of dieting. Hence subway is my first preference eating outside. Today i had no kids with me so I was able to reach here. Love the subs all time favourite

Subways are always my favorite. I see no reason to rate any Subway below 5. Subways are the best way to fill tummy and stay healthy. Normally in R city mall whenever we visit we eat at Food court. But last time when we had been for movie at Inox and show was about to start subway was best thing to grab and have dinner. Usually always crowded. Less crowded on week days. It has seating of 6/8 tables. On weekdays one can sit and eat. I usually prefer all veggie sub. My all time favorite.

Extremely disappointed. They were making cat and dogs noises trying to mock us and the manager was right there doing nothing about it. This is absolutely intolerant

Subway has always been the one stop Destination for all the healthy food that it offers. Its still the same and not at all lost its taste. It has been reopened in rcity after the renovation and its really better than before. The subs that the give are fresh as all the Vegetables that they use can be seen and they really look fresh. The service is a little slow since there is less manpower but its really good. For all the health conscious people, its a must try

Went to this r city subway restaurant for 3 foot long veggie delite, there were 4 people over there and only one was doing his job rest were doing timepass. Apart from this when the guy who came to me was searching for the knife in the veg section , after not finding it in its place HE SIMPLY TOOK THE KNIFE FROM THE NON VEG SECTION and starting using it in THE VEG SECTION.CAN SOMEONE IMAGINE THIS THAT THEY ARE USING THE SAME KNIVES IN THE VEG SECTION WHICH THEY USE IT FOR NON VEG SECTION .that was pathetic. Hope the higher authorities take a note of this and take action and precautionary measure regarding this (i went there on 6 th july 2023 between 8.30 pm to 9 pm) Mentioning this so that the higher authorities can themselve see the camera recording if they care for their customers

Really bad and slow experience. Did not tell that they were out of soft drink. And only told me once I was at the billing counter. Same guy made a veg and non veg sub without washing hands. While i was getting late, they were more interested in counting the breads and delaying it. Also asked the person who got the sub made later to bill , shifting me to the side while i was already in the counter with sub ready. First time a really bad experience at any subway. Left without eating or taking the sub.

Terrible service. The sub was good but the staff was not at all attentive.they were messing up the order for many customers and there was a lot of delay in service. I will skip this one next time.
