They've opened up after the renovation. The ingredients were fresh and they still have sub of the day menu, which few branches don't have. A neat and pleasant ambiance to have a nice meal.

I've ordered Tandoori Chicken Salad last night (Around 11.45pm), received very very less quantity. That was not even worth for 150rs, I've tried calling the restaurant but there was no response from them. This is the first time I'm getting very very worst experience in Subway restaurant.

Found dead insect in the sandwich topside I ordered corn and peas sandwich with roasted garlic bread. I trusted subway alot on its hygienic terms but not anymore. Bad quality of food. It's from kilpauk branch specifically

It's not that great taste here, subs were not made perfectly as the subway used to do it

Hopeless place to order from. They can be decent to close delivery orders if they are not able to cope up. And they don't have the decency to pick up calls. Order placed one hour back and still Zomato says 15 mins.. it's a joke... No one answerable Rec'd order at 10.15 after placing it at 8.12 Surprise....wrong sub delivered Went back and manager says it happens No answer for delay No answer for wrong sub He gave us the money refund and thats it Worst restaurant i must say Great customer service. Same old vibe good and fast service, since it was nearby I came for a take away as swiggy was too costly.

The staff don't understand basic food preparation instructions even after giving detailed order.

Great place to hangout with friends. Excellent customer service . Like always the prices is between moderate and expensive. I had a chicken salad, chicken sheeb and Lipton ice tea. An average rs.250 will br enough for a satisfied food experience. The place was clean and tidy. It wouldn't be visible from the road, it's adjacent to Nilgiris
