It's was good for an easy Dining. #Un happy due to they stopped sub of the day #Taste not like old store, Price also increased, #Service is not upto the mark, Most of the tables were messy Not recommended for Meals alternative

I usually love to have their paneer tikka sub with oregano paramesian bread. But after the new franchise I guess things are getting messed and has changed a lot.. They limit adding sauces of your choice, veggie and even has increased the price.. Tbh I don't feel subway is worth and the tastes different compared to old franchise time. Also I feel like it's not even worth to order those new subs that were introduced recently which can be just ordered instant just by pointing out the one of your choice instead of customised one. Hopping that subway will do their best to improve their taste and services like before. Tbh am not satisfied with subway after the new franchise, feel like lost the usual old taste and service too.

The change they have bought is somewhat good. The service was poor, the cleanliness and the ambience was very poor. The new items contradict the very foundation of Subway... Selecting our own items. The other item which i ordered was messed up because of over saucy and drippy.

I had the worst experience I've ever had from a restaurant from here . The staff was so rude and ignorant , felt utmost anger to them. Pacha malayalithil parenjal pidich ellathineyum pottikan thonni. I had to wait infront of the counter and this guy was just going through it like I was invisible for him . They were all focusing on the Swiggy and zomato orders and was completely ignorant towards me and my friends . I ordered an egg and cheese sub and I asked them if they can add veggies to it for which they straightaway said NO without an explanation. We tried to find a seat because all the tables had leftovers in it which wasn't even cleaned for 30 mins . They completely ruined my sub Wrong bread and no sauce and I had to go to the counter and change it and they were ignorant for that . Another 20 mins we had to wait to get the bill. A woman entered at that time and during the time we were waiting for the bill , she got her sub , paid the bill and left , while we were still waiting to get ours billed . Totally unprofessional, unfit and disrespectful employees I've ever seen in my life. And the worst part is I found out that 80 percent of the reviews in this have the same problem about the service . Pathetic

The food and atmosphere has to be right because it's Subway. The reasons for me rating it three star are also same Atmosphere and food because the service was so atrocious that it deserves negative stars for it. All the personnel were busy preparing Zomato orders and he straight away said that we can't take your orders. Not accepted from a chain of this stature. If it continues in this same way than subway may also go down the same lane as the CCD or exit of FORD from India.

Am regular person of subway . And have it from many places. The bread Panampilly Subway gave me was pathetic. Quality of Roasted garlic bread was really bad. And the cucumber they serve is not English cucumber. Never had such a subway in any outlet I visited .

Great fresh veggies and bread. The wrap was well packed and found tasty. The service of the staff was warm and welcoming. We had Tuna which was well packed in the sub. Chicken Tandoori was also a great option with packed veggies. Great job team Subway.

Subway is an International brand famous for their burgers and wraps. The shop is located at Panambilly nagar. Though interior was good, the atmosphere inside was not that much like a topnotch international one. I had ordered an iced from there. The staff's approach was not that friendly, as i expected more cordial one because i was confused what to order. The barista of cafe's which i went earlier had explained every aspects of item in their menu by understanding my illiteracy in it. The ambience was good and a perfect place in the city for a quich bite though costly.
