Poorest service in Subway. Two girls were serving the order but they were not concerned about the users preference and when I asked to add little sause they made it overflowing subway with sauce. This service is not expected from subway pathetic. Please don't come to this subway . They are not interested in your order and just doing some unwanted work
So this is for online delivery. The restaurant is fine and everything only when you visit and prepare your own sub giving personalized instructions. But is is a whole new thing when you order online.. be it any app (zomato or swiggy). You can only choose 3 sauces I don't know what is wrong here. It's always the same story. I don't believe that they have a scarcity of it. But somehow they chose to provide only 3 sauces. They don't take instructions seriously at all. I clearly mentioned that double the 3 sauces that i selected. Then i received my subs with merely any sauce in it, which is ridiculous. It is, because you are paying many more bucks than usual online and still you get such pathetic food service. Online subway ordering sucks.
Average quality of food and ambience. Sitting space is limited to 12 seats and staff isn't trained at all. They do not really understand what customization means and why subway is subway. Name batches are pasted stickers and name written by pen. Seriously Felt like third class place.
1. They never listen to the order and add-ons you want. Need to repeat 4-5 times to get the veggies and sauces. So unprofessional and pathetic when it comes to customer satisfaction. It's like they're doing me a favour giving the food which I'm paying for. 2. Staff simply refuses to give me what I ordered saying that it's reserved for online orders. In person they will only give me wraps and I should order the sub sandwich online if I want it. Had to fight for it. Online orders from this outlet are a nightmare because they only put lettuce onions and send it regardless of what you ordered on the apps.
Awesome healthy food. Good for diet conscious. You'll definitely get calories along sauces but yes it is totally upon you. Less sauces will make more healthier.
