This is the place to be if you want to feel revitalised. Not only me; my entire family visited the spa. It's a truly wonderful experience. They are incredibly cordial. Everyone who received a massage felt the same way, which is incredibly relaxing. Never fail to notice their friendliness. The atmosphere enhances the service. Spa Manager, Mr. Nandha was very friendly. Overall, I had a lovely experience.
After a long day of bike ride from Kerala, we had a wonderful experience at the spa. Thanks to front office manager Mr.Ravi and therapist Manori for the courtesy & great service.

Thanks for the wonderful hospitality by Mr. Ravi, the Spa manager at Tattva Spa at Sterling Kodai Valley resort. Above all the Spa experience, the entire team is quite cordial and friendly and made us feel like home. That was an overall, rejuvenating experience witnessed by me and my wife during our stay at Sterling Kodai Valley, end-March 2023 - we had an amazing Spa experience when we experienced a revitalizing massage by Ms. Manori. The aromatherapy was simply superb, the amazing result and relief we experienced is next to nothing we've ever felt. Having been to various spas in Singapore, US and Thailand over these years, this was simply the best we've experienced. Many thanks to Ms. Manori and the entire team for getting us this experience. I would certainly love to repeat the spa during our subsequent Kodai visits, and I would recommend anyone visiting Sterling Kodai Valley to try them out, it's certainly worth the tine/money you spend for the Spa. The experience was amazing from info about the service and the service was relaxing and continuous checks on how I felt made it more relaxing. Kudos to Evangeline and Lamlynpi for their sweet conversation while the massage and amazing service. Highly recommended when you visit Sterling Kodai Lake.
