Suburban Diagnostics - Pathologist in Margao - South Goa, India

Don't visit the suburban Diagnostics if u want the test reports urgent. They said u will receive ur report by mail in 4hr still haven't received yet . Than I went near the lab to receive my reports they said ur testing is still pending n told to wait fr more 4hr. Very very slow in giving test reports.

Great staff. Mr Shivam was amazing handling complicated case with my relative who has always had a problem with locating the vein. Reports are always on time and delivered via mail. Highly recommended

Will never visit this diagnostic centre again as it only caused an overhead to us. The staff here lack basic professionalism and mannerism with customers. Please get your staff's attitude aligned or learn from the already established centres in the city. Had got my father's tests done here.While hard copy collection of report and when verified at home, found one missing which was quite evident I promptly visited the centre. The staff there printed and response was not sure why it was not printed.I went back and to be thoroughly sure reverified all the tests results again. Again found another missing , both the previous and this one were clearly billed.Again went during the day and I received the same lame response. Is it not your duty to verify every test result is printed? They expected the customer/patient to do in my case.Vow! And the staff in charge had no promptness to even feel apologized only when I went on to say "Admit your mistake". Pathetic and casual behaviour of the staff. Never had such a bad experience from any centres in the city. Very disappointed!

Had got my friends mothers test's done here in the morning, while I was told to pay so as to receive a soft copy over email (I was also mentioned If I pay half the amount of the tests I would not receive the soft copy) on the same day, and to be thoroughly sure reverified the time I would receive the mail, but to my surprise never received, in the evening I paid a visit back since I had not received a soft copy and to my surprise , this staff in charge had no promptness to even feel apologized, whereas, says to wait aside and responds to queries of other walk-in customers when I already am an existing customer awaited for the test result done. The request to wait aside was so badly rude. Let me badly describe this staff in charge, she would be the receptionist I would say, overweight seated like a block and talks to me in such a manner. Only when I went on to say and scream on top of my voice which is when they stopped all the yelling back, I now wonder how the Manager would be in that case. I collected my reports, but I would never step into this place where minimal human respect is down to the drains. Never had such a bad experience from any centres in the city.
