Roads are not surrounding, Metro works in progress everywhere dust broken road also sewage works in progress all around in inner areas we have to face bad roads Block roads and streets everywhere.
Subham Square a beautiful square of Commercial Complex in an otherwise shabby, by lane of Karambakkam Porur. The complex has more than a lakh square feet area in 4 floors including the basement, which is converted into a car park for people occupying space in the complex. Aesthetically built and we'll maintained. Has lifts for getting on to floors. Well compounded with walking space for entry & exit. The building currently accomodates two banks along with ATM's. Bank of Baroda & Vijaya Bank. It also offices the United India insurance company. There are other vendors including a general merchant,women's garment seller,Photo frames seller cum decorator, veggie,Coconut seller,computer seller. DNC Chit fund company.Travel agents. Good commercial space away from the main road.
Easy to locate, has good amount of parking space, lift facilities are also available. Visited here for Kotak office. Only problem is car parking is paid one for visitors. 20 Rs per hour.
