It is a budget hotel. Upon arrival we were asked for the basic documents and without following any covid protocol we were let into our room. We were asked to pay extra sanitization charges which in my opinion should be done free of cost. Room was good, bedsheet was old and untidy. Bathroom was good General services were good. Wifi enabled. Cctv installed and working. Staff behavior was very good and he was helpful indeed. Overall it was a nice stay
The owner is a thief. Krishnendu choudhury. He never keeps his word. Always charges more than promised before the logde taken. Most unethical person. Never ever think to rent this house. They do not provide any bill for marriage ceremony rent. Initially this krishnendu choudhury promises to provide you lot of facilities with the agreed amount, but while making payment he charges a lot more showing lame amenities. Most third class guest house in Burdwan.
I think manager and staff behaviour is better than other hotel. all modern amenities available here.
