Good guest house near kiit. Walking distance from kiit campus six. They have three guest houses. One near Google mart is very good. Rooms are very good with attached bath and tv with airtel dth connection. Service is very good here. There are many places for eating here according to your budget. Place wise this guest house is very good.
Worst experience..name any inconveniences you can have in hotels..this one didn't leave anything..bed bugs..visibly dirty sheets and pillow.. literal cockroach in basin...dirty bathroom..no hot water..unprofessional young guys running the hotel so it's not like you can expect anything by complaining..location near KIIT is the only thing keeping them in business.

We had to wait for more than 30 minutes. It was 10:30 at night and we were not allowed to enter, We showed everything to them. Every booking related documents and all ID proofs. After a long arguments we got the room. Overall Room was okay.

Pathetic experience... The rooms are infected with bed bugs.. When I informed them , they gave me another room with the same problem.. Finally I decided to sit at the reception for the night and left around 4am for the train .. Couldn't use the bed at all ... Still they charged 800 per day.. pathetic..
It's a neat and clean hotel , charges are reasonable for the stay. Room service is good.

Date-2022.The rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Rate of the rooms were reasonable. Rs900 for double bed non ac and 1200 for Triple bed non ac. The staffs are cooperative. The only problem is there is no lift.Overall a very good experience.
