I stay 2 days but room was big. But room bad os very dirty and bed sheet towel all duty and door Sare all dimeg .. Location is good I like this place but this reception guy he given room was very bad 403 is disgusting me be this reception gay was angry.. Poor facilities

We took the hotel for overnight stay. It is located in mainroad and closer to restaurants. Rooms are big but cleanliness is below par.The service is also below par. We wanted to start early next day and requested for hot water. The hotel person said it will automatically start at 6am but there was no hot water. This was the case for others in the same floor. For complaints we have to go down on the lift as there is no intercom. After multiple trips the maintenance person had to switch some knobs to get hot water at around 6 45am.Not sure if it was done deliberately. Better avoid if u find other options.

First of all this is a new name and local people are not yet aware about this name change, so reaching there can be tricky of you use the help of drivers. The property is in a good location and rooms are considerably big in size. Room, Toilet and Bed are clean. Food service is not there through intercom. If you can get in touch with the room boy you can get him to buy food for you from outside.

Location is good, only + point, rooms are big but very dirty, dingy and scary....I got an impression that there are ghosts in the room....stayed only for few hours and then checked out...Will never go again

hotel located in a good location right on kundapura highway. Hotel rooms are average and are not for the family audiences as I see it's very noisy and a lot of people smoking outside.Next. to the hotel there is a Udupi restaurant and the food is good there though it's a bit costly. one thing to tell about searching this hotel is search for jk residency near sastry park kundapura.

Location was good. The first room they have provided me was not good but after that they changed it. Stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. Free WiFi was not available and Security wise stay was OK.

Lodging is pathetic, TV doesn't work, and rooms and wash rooms are so dirty. I think Window curtains never saw water in their lifetime. Literally you will end up sleeping in dust. On top of all this they are charging us 1k per day, I bet you can get a better lodging at this price.

Property location was nice but outside road construction was going on. In house restaurant was there. The hotel owner was helpful enough to manage our services and we didn't faced any kind of time limitation. In terms of security stay was OK.
