Food is tasty but it's overloaded with customers all the time.
Food was not so gud because curries were not fine & food was not so satisfied.
Catering......worst experience ... for my marriage event I have ordered 4 times for breakfast & lunch. Management was not even carry Sheet Roles for dining. staff they r not maintaining proper hygienic conditions.
Most of the food here brings the authentic memories from its origin (Kakinada). But unfortunately, the service and hygiene doesn't impress the food lovers. The servers doesn't give enough time to enjoy the food, they just blabber and ask us to just try multiple varities of food at same time and expect us to leave early.
This is always believed to be a good hotel. We go there to eat one of rhe special call Peasrattu Kumar (INR 25/-). I have only PhonePe and no money, I asked about the option and the person told you have to do minimum INR 50 to use this option. If you are planning to use digital mode of transaction do make a bill of INR 50/- or else carry cash.
Haven't expected this kind of quality from such kind of franchise. I didn't felt much tasty at all. When they can't maintain such standards in delivery or take away,better stop services and concentrate on dine-in. Completely disappointed with services at such a price and franchise. Portion for each parcel is really pathetic. No reason to think about coming or ordering again.
