subasree cottage - Hotel in Thirunallar - Karaikal, India

This place is not even a hotel. There's no telephone or kettle in the room. We asked for hot water, they forgot to bring it. The male staffs are okay but the female staff asked my brother money. If they had given good service we would have given money on our own but asking money for such poor service is so cheap. The room was not good plus the bed was so stiff it was like sleeping on a rock. One of the fans was not working properly. All the walls had small cracks which were covered in cement and the place looks unfinished.

I will recommend this cottage for the good hearted staff in reception and room boys we went with our infant he was crying for his swing we tried to calm him down for 30 mins and asked reception people if they could arrange anything for swing without any hesitation or any word (12.30 mid night) they managed with rope and saree...... A big salute for the people around there for showing such kind care towards our kid comfort. Cons. Found cockroach on stairs.

This hotel is not of cottage type. It is like other hotels which has AC and Non-AC rooms in each floor. The rooms seems neat but it would be terrible to survive in Non-AC rooms because the rooms are so suffocating and closed all sides except the rooms in the corner which has windows. We need careful choosing of the rooms before we get accomodated.

I just had one child not children and we checked in at 10 pm and went out to temple by 4 early morning.then came back by 6 am and vacated by 10 mins. The bedspread and one bedsheet placed already were dirty. Kindly ensure that you give true details before accusing the customers. Kindly provide good facilities for the money charged.

Excellent hotel in Thirunallaru! We were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend this hotel to families. They are well organised and hygienic. Hotel industry is all about hospitality and warmth. This hotel scores full points on that front. They are really understanding and friendly.

Worst ever rooms and service don't even try to book this place, no ac nothing is good we paid a hefty amount for the AC room and Ac doesn't even work. The person who was managing this place was soo arrogant and didn't even bother

It was good cottage rooms are so nice and near to the temple and good receiving and response is so good hot water facilities also there Nd they supplying mineral water also and they giving room for drivers also with attached bathroom and it is reasonable price at the time we visited almost all r booked all are booking through online only for this cottage

The place is situated 1.5 kms from the temple. The room is clean but filled with cockroaches. Room service is not fine. While checking in they told us to let them know if we need food. But there was not a single person to fetch tea for my elderly parents during morning. Also the room is very hit and felt like a furnace. Only advantage is that they have a space for car parking.
