The food is good specially the non-veg items. They accept only cash payments and being in a tourist destination this is a major drawback. Also they have limited tables available which is not sufficient to accommodate the crowd. I have tried their chicken biriyani, chicken fry and chicken 65 and its ok that nothing negative to be highlighted. As I need to wait for table, I took parcel from here which is a common scenario or you have the patience to wait.

It was very bad experience. On my visit I got bad impression from their side. We ordered Chicken Biriyani, Meals and Chilly Chicken. Rice in the meals has very bad smell. Biriyani rice over boiled.. Since the place is famous for tourism, they should care about the customers through their food.
I'd highly suggest travelers not to enter this place. They provide non edible dish in the name of parotta and I've never seen such a worst service anywhere that I've been to. We had no places to go and chose this hotel and we realized we made a terrible mistake by choosing this hell. Even went don't try anything else than idly and the flour that's been used to cook dosa has been spoiled and they didn't notice it before serving us food. White s lot of argument over settling the bill as they charged around 800 bucks for 8 dosa 2 parotta.

They produce the best tea with different varieties of flavourful tea. There are more than 8 or 9 flavours to give us a new experience to the tea world. Tea lovers would have a great experience for sure . The aroma of the tea powder keeps us to enjoy
A beautiful and cozy cafe in Kotagiri. The food was just too good! And the desserts and hot chocolate were lip smacking. The couple who runs the place were too sweet and hosted us like their own kids. Definitely would recommend 5/5 !

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
