VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, this hospital staff seating to loot from patient. very high rate with no proper service. Billing staff speaking very arrogantly. dont prefer this hospital for any treatment. Mr. Pranay Agrawal - Billing manager is behaving like MD. Billing peaples have no manners to speak.. they are always barking on patient and relatives. WORST HOSPITAL IN NAVI MUMBAI.
We got referred by our family Doctor in Ulwe in an emergency situation to this hospital, little skeptical on my way with my mother who had an heart attack. On reaching with our emergency case the treatment was so fast, follow Dr Rushikesh Thakur who handled our case with right guidance and building confidence to proceed for CABG { Bypass surgery}. It was no doubt my mother who is 72 years old and was in right hands, Dr Thakur who did angiography and Dr Abhay Jain who did bypass surgery and they are the one who saved life.. My sincere thanks to both the surgeon's . We got admitted on 30th, Nov and got discharged on 13th Dec 2021 with smiling face. Nursing staff who were prompt and professional, the entire team were really helpful after the major surgery boosting patient, motivating and so much of care . Our best wishes to the Doctor's and entire team, thanking you for all the support, Highly recommended hospital.
It was a great experience visiting the dental department at Suasth Hospital. The staff and Doctors were polite, giving equal importance and the best service they could give to each and every patient. I am not exaggerating, this was just my observation. 5 star rating.
I had toothache for months during Covid-19, and finding a safe spot for dental treatment was a little worrisome for me. But, I found that Dental Clinic/Section at Suasth Hospital is overwhelmingly the best! Dr. Vishaskha Dalvi monitored my entire treatment and did thorough examinations (X-Ray/Checkups) before beginning with a procedure. I got my Root Canal, Cap Fitting, Polishing & Scaling, and GIC Filling done under her observation at Suasth! I had no pain or discomfort throughout the treatment week. They have all the Technology/Equipments with them to treat you the best. Additional thanks to Dr. Archie and Dr. Sharvari. Overall, I had an amazing experience. Doctors are quite friendly and professional at the same time. PS: Hospital is quite spacious and hygienic.
I am thankful to God for landing me in such a neat and caring hospital. My sincere thanks to Dr. Ahmed Hussain for giving me the best medication with encouraging and inspiring words for a speedy recovery. I also thank Dr. Harshuli and her team of doctors nurses and staff who stood by me with love, dedication and compassion. The food was very tasty and homely. We are lucky to have such huge hospital equipped with all the modern facilities in our vicinity of Kharghar. I will confidently refer any patient for the best of treatment to this hospital :)
Don't admit your patients here. Admin staff is good, but actual clinical , nursing , doctors staff is very bad. We lost one life here. The people are not transperent and we have to take follow up multiple times regarding patients visit/wellness enquiries. The covid ward is also bad here. People don't listen. The clinical staff is very bad.
