Availed there service twice, and had really ordinary treatment for higher cost.. not at all professional. Services availed by me- 1) hair cut n spa - not upto mark, ordinary on the counter brands used.. 2) facial - not satisfying, 3) waxing- peeled my skin , I told them beforehand my skin is sensitive not to use harsh n work smoothly den also the so cld professional girl peeled my skin n she didn't had courtesy to apologize, she was not ready to move from where she was standing n working from der oly n pulled wax strips harshly.. 4) dey don't use product as much needed, tries to save as much as possible 4) Hair color - not applied properly, save the product scheme is der wit coloring so not applied to all strands. 5) pedicure- some what k, but not given foot massage properly.. 6) for all the service oly one assistant was der, so she got tired/bored n not worked properly, 7) paid hefty amount for ordinary services..
It is an absolute bliss! The service was exceptional, the signature beverage and post-facial refreshment was an absolute delight and the facial was heaven. Thank you very much.
