Owner herself is a trainner.The trainer is incredibly skilled, providing personalized workouts that have significantly improved my fitness level. The combination of a fantastic gym and an outstanding trainer makes this place a fitness haven. Highly recommend!

Its a good fitness centre for women, i personally like the instructor as she is very friendly and cooperative. Besides the price is also reasonable, diet plans are also provided. Overall i am happy and satisfied with the experience i get here. Highly recommended.

Amazing gym for ladies. All exercises are there including yoga and zumba which gives you a refreshment for a great weekend. Roma di is too friendly and jaya di is amazing trainer. Both of them trains very well. Great combination of exercise along with machines . Only for ladies gym with flexible timing so that one can go at their ease. Overall perfect .

Extremely worst place in terms of infrastructure. Only one AC and the owner doesn't use to turn on AC properly if turns on temperature use to set in 24. But at that time the owner doesn't allow to turn on fans. The owner use to give baseless excuses. She is not worry about the health of the females. Almost more than 15 females use to do their gym in a small place . No proper washroom, no proper changing place no proper decipline. Onle owner is concerned about money.before ending the month she will remind you money but she is not worry about the mental health physical health and confrtness of the females.Please don't go their . u will waste ur money and u will lose the interest for gym. So disapointed. How can a gym owner can do this ? How can an owner be so cheap how can the owner compromise with the internal workout environment ?
