The staff were quite professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend everyone to use their services. I really wish the membership along with the voucher would have been used all over India, since we are from pune and the voucher was only for nagpur.

I went there with my mom for facial and waxing.
I did the facial which they suggested us but i couldn't find any difference much but. But thing which I want to highlight is i did waxing underarm n hands waxing I got black marks on my underarm near by area and on high also not sure why this happened after and I did the premium wax der but i m not sure what happened wrong I got marks n i thought it will in few days but it's more than 1months it is same as it is.
The service that I received from Studio 11 in Besa behind to Haldiram is just Fabulous. Cannot explain in words . I was in search of a professional Saloon and I believe that ends here .
