Did my haircut and hair coloring for the first time from studio 11 and stylist akhil did a great job on my hair color as I expected.

I am a frequent customer in this salon. I mostly opt for facial and hair treatments. Staff is really good and knowledgeable. My hair botox treatment was done by hair stylist Mr. Mallik. He really took great care of my hair and hair condition improved a lot since then. Keep up the good work

The service was good. But comparing my prior experience I see steep decrease in the cleanliness maintained both at reception area and the service area..Also, the new receptionist needs to up her basic maths skills in calculating bill. Apart from me, there was another customer also arguing to get her bill amount corrected But the receptionist does not seem to understand. This ruins the good service.

Neat and clean! I have been coming here for last few years and the experience has been quite good. Last time when I went there, my haircut was done by Shahjad and he was quite good and meticulous. Definitely recommend

A third-class salon. I went there with nicely grown hair and asked them to give me a nice haircut, showing them a picture of my haircut from three months ago as reference. Take a look at the picture below to see what they did. I had to ask them multiple times to blend it well because hair was sticking out unevenly. They had no idea what they were doing and kept experimenting. Eventually, I gave up and vowed to never go there again. It's better to get a haircut for 70 rs at roadside salons than to pay them around 500 rs for a haircut done by such unprofessional people. @studio 11 is shameless for replying to my review and even threatening me. LOL Take a look at other one-star reviews and decide for yourself what kind of business these incompetent people are running.

Shahzad did a good job with my hair coloring. He understood my requirements well and gave me good hair tips. He is patient and friendly. I recommend Studio11 because it's Staff are courteous and skilled.

They simply wasted my time. Asked me to wait for 15 min and I waited for 30 minutes and no one has attended. They feel that they are some kind of high end hair stylists but none of them are actually. It's over priced and I feel there are better service providers in that area who treats customers time as valuable and provide better service.

Hi I had a wonderful experience of a super duper extraordinary Sevice yesterday with Tina for skin care and Mallick for hair. They kept me very comfortable and were very caring . Grateful for the services
