STUDIO11 Salon & Spa - Beauty Parlour in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

My first experience at Studio 11 was quite satisfying. Their staff named Madhu, took care of my hair colouring and throughout the process was customer friendly. Ambience is great to relax and pamper yourself. Book an appointment and you won't be dissapointed, unlike many salons where even after fixing an appointment, one has to wait. Price is similar to any other salon.

Madhu is too good and very sweet in her approach Very professional staff & they don't rush do their work with all patience and guide you with future steps to take care of your body and skin. They don't push selling products like other parlours. I got global hair color done along with keratin treatment and I must say it's value for money spent.

Great communication from start to finish and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Amazing experience with my hair cut & coloring ..I also took spa treatment first time but fingers crossed it lives up to its reputation. Had a wonderful experience..they are very caring & professional. I Will visit again next month.

I visited this place for waxing and was so so so happy with the service. Waxing was done by Madhu and she is an expert in that. She knows how to make the client comfortable and works professionally. Hope she continues the same . Will surely recommend this place.

Excellent service by Rani madam. No 1 facial and bridal make up in bhubaneswar as per my experience. Organic and best result in beauty and hairstyle and coloring with reasonable price. Highly recommended for high end customers.

I recently had a second visit to this salon. I had the same stylist taking care of my hair and beard, but this time I was disappointed. First time also he was not up to the mark. He lacks professionalism. He needs to learn a lot on detailing. I have seen guys working out smoothly in average salons so you expect a bit more from salons like studio 11. A very ordinary experience, I would say.

Sorry to say but i had a very bad experience ever with Studio11 parlour(Lewis Road). It charged me more than the service provided.. I opted for 4 things (cleanup,facial,waxing and upperlips ) not a single thing was good.We usually go to a parlour to get relieve from our stress and if we return with the same stress it's not worth It. It seems the period was 45mins for the facial & cleanup but got facial for just 5-8 mins and rest of the time went in pack applying and even no massage, didn't have a clean waxing and even upperlips was done in a very unprofessional manner. Undoubtedly the place was clean but service was not satisfactory and also they took the exact amount by saying that they have deducted. I would request to compensate and improve the services so that customers will be happy after they return. Ty
