I had a very poor experience on 26.7.23 I took service for waxing and threading a person named babe did the service I was highly satisfied and booked an appointment with her for the next day(27.7.23 by 12.30) for facial and pedicure service. I arrived at 12.30 when I entered the person baby was attending someone else so she asked me to wait for 10 min. Another person came attended me and she did facial for me which was terrible after the pack my face had the pack here and there she couldn't wipe that properly. She simply gave me tissues may be in an intention to wipe on my own. Then as soon as facial gets over the person who did facial came to me told that ma'am pedicure service is going on can u wait. Why should I book an appointment a day prior and wait for so long and what is the point in booking appointment. Then till the end the person babe was attending some or the other she didn't meet me at all.
We had facial, head massage and threading with Sneha and Pavithra. They did a great job. We're so satisfied. Experience was good and we loved it over all.
