I had a truly disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for a keratin treatment that I've had done successfully at other studios before, but here it was a complete disaster. The staff seemed inexperienced and didn't handle the treatment properly. My hair ended up looking frizzy and damaged instead of smooth and sleek like it should have. I expressed my concerns, but they brushed them off and didn't offer any solutions or remedies. It's clear they lack the expertise and professionalism needed to provide quality service. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a keratin treatment or any other hair service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere for better results.

Worst ever. My waxing was not done properly. They didn't even change the strip. Overall 2 strips were used. I did my makeup from here and the employee who crimped my hair burnt my scalp. The makeup also was cakey till the end of function. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

Will never recommend anyone to visit this salon. Because they don't deliver what they promise. Even if you will tell them a hundred times about your requirement and they might assure that they will do the needful they won't do it. They will do what they want to do at the end. Although they hv shade card from where you can choose the color that you want but trust me you won't get that. They will give you the hair color which they want to. They don't maintain social distancing at all. You might feel claustrophobic in the tiny salon with 10odd people around you. The salon is mostly like adda where some people of odd age (male and female) comes and creates havoc. Please don't go to this parlour to waste your money, time and energy. The staffs are also average. The owner "Amita Mishra" should know customers are god and treat them properly but seems she is too busy wth her friends in the salon.

Staff is so good in work and well mannered, even though owner is so nice as she dropped me my home by her car due to heavy rain outside. She just a nice person. I highly recommend everyone for pedicure.
Love the service. Whenever I am in the city, head turners is my go to place. My first hair highlights to hair cut I have been doing in head turners bokaro. Friendly staff and amazing salon interior. Highly recommended
It was a nice experience with hair stylist Manoj. My hair was very freezy and rough and now it's feels like buttery soft.I can't stop myself touching my hair.
