Ankit and Rakesh are great yoga teachers and they compliment each other very well. They are very patient, thorough and happy to answer all the questions you have. The atmosphere of the classes was very nice - traditional and inclusive, you are encouraged to participate rather than just giving you information. it was such an incredible experience, I'm feeling really grateful for it. They are very good at what they do and are also humble teachers. The group we had was also full of amazing people. I am truly Really grateful for this experience. I Noticed a huge increase in flexibility after the course and also my practice grew a lot. I learned a lot and my practice is definitely stronger and even more conscious now.

Wonderful Experience. I have been a YTT student there, and loved every minute of it; practicals, practice or theory. The teacher are knowledgeable and live yoga in their every breathe. Their guidance still guide me. I feel blessed to be part of Yogashayan.

There is no better Yoga Studio in Gurgaon. One of the rare places to make us practice in passion and with reasoning and not as a commercial tick mark. Love it.

I've been a very lazy person indeed. But practicing yoga has been life changing for me. The yogashayan institute has been very helpful to me. All the yoga poses taught to me by HIMANSHU SIR, are damn clear and helpful. He is such a young and determined teacher. I feel so lucky to be learning under him. Such a rude experience. Don't be fooled by their supposed perfect rating. I work in marketing and I know requested/paid reviews when I see them lol. If you're a complete beginner or newbie, they are definitely going to try to get money out of you rather than helping you. I spoke to Ankit here and after telling him that I'm totally new to exercising, he tried to get me to join their Yoga TEACHER Training (YTT) course. To an absolute beginner. LOL. Ankit tries to push you to join YTT without understanding your levels of capability even after you tell him so. When I said no, I was asked to join daily classes. I told him that I have no experience and cannot just jump into classes everyday, only then did he inform me that I can do PAID TRIAL which can only be paid in advance. If the customer does not like the trial even after 1 or 2 days, they say you HAVE to join a regular class to make up for the payment of trial. Please tell me how does that make sense? If I go to try new shoes at the store but decide not to buy them, do I still pay for trying them?? Second, and most importantly, Ankit gave no information about the different types of classes they offer, there was no mention of no refund policy, and he gave incorrect information about the validity of a one-time, advance-only payment (which now thank god I didn't make). He has no understanding of recovery times post workouts/muscle fatigue for beginners or how to help them on their new journeys of fitness. If as a service provider you insist on your customers making advance payments, then please have the decency to inform them that you do not give refunds, and make sure you are giving all the correct and full information, rather than behaving rudely to people who are making the effort to communicate honestly with you.
