First of all my cabinets were delivered late at night. And second of all the carpenter never called me for assembling my packages. And when you call the staffs they rarely pick up neither call back. The worst pathetic staffs ever. The staff name AMYRINICA was really helpful when I purchased before when she was the staff.

Not worth of even 1 star rating the sales man attitude or behavior busy with his cell phone he never bother a customer entering his store was planing to buy but left empty handed .. very bad experience..

Got right product combinations selected through the help of the kind people in the store. Big shoutout to @Amyrinika for the excellent customer service and post sale support for product tracking, delivery, installation and follow up. Do give the store and the staff a chance.They live up to the Pepperfry tagline Happy customer here

We are setting up an office here in Shillong, and having high hopes, we took Pepperfry's help with furniture. I am so disappointed with the experience.The staff do not pick up calls when we need clarifications, the delivery team is incapable of fixing the furniture parts efficiently, to mention some of the many issues. I personally made them understand that my team and i are in dire need of furniture and they are being unresponsive. I discourage those in need of immediate service from considering the store an option.

I have ordered a Woodsworth Sofa from Pepperfry, Shillong and paid the advance of Rs. 50,000/- and the date of delivery was given 13th December, 2022. when I asked them regurlarly to give me update they keep delaying the date from 13th December it went to 23rd and 28th and until today i have not received my sofa and no valid reasons is being given to me. very unprofessional staffs never ever have i encountered such a no standard service. Now they are not receiving calls.

Worst place to order anything from. First they delay your delivery, then they dont even deliver it to you house, and when you want to return the damaged product they will not pick up calls or even do anything about it. The most pathetic service ever

A very nice clean little display shop to show to quality and variety of products. You must order online and have delivered. Very friendly staff eager to assist.

Most of the inventory is on the website only. Didn't see the point of going there except that could see some furniture and take a guess on the design and quality. The manager there was fantastic though, she tried her best to help us out.
