I have seen a lot of negative reviews but thought let's see what they got. Me and my family visited Pepperfry Studio at Belapur, I was not so sure I was going to purchase the furniture this soon but I got everything needed in one place. All the well recognised brands at one place Starting from Godrej Interio to Kapoor Lamp Shades, also Jaipur Rugs, Duroflex, and many more. After spending hours at Pepperfry finalised all my furniture at Pepperfry. I really appreciate Amit the way everyone handled the customers, pleasing experience. Really appreciate the team who helped me understand how my house would look with the furniture. I am really very excited for the products to get delivered. Thanks Amit For Your Assistance.

Nice purchase experience. Very helpful and polite staff. Update -- my order is not delivered yet, it was supposed to be delivered on 13th...despite good shopping experience from studio, the delivery and management letting me down. No updates are being published on order tracking page nor any communication from pepperfry on message or email. I have requested for cancellation and refund but that to seems not acknowledged yet. It's quickly becoming bad experience now.. hope they fix it before gets worse.
