The one & only exclusive saloon of the city which provides best and latest services. Best in makeup and hair styling and complete skis solution. Saloon provides best hair treatment like hair spa & all. If you want the services from main beautician so you have to book an appointment bcoz she is best in her profession so it is quite obvious that she might be busy if you go without appointment. All other staff is also well trained and we'll versed. Best saloon in the city. Perfect for bridal makeup.
I have heard about this salon lot of times. And we have visited the salon because of the reviews. But my whole experience is horrible. First of all, The main beautician was busy, So she transferred the work to other ladies there. They have given us worst service ever. we have gone there for hair spa, And it felts like they don't even know about spa ever. These guys pulled wet hair which causes the hair fall more. Plus they have charged a hell amount of money from us. The salon might have been good for makeup and basic parlour stuff, But please don't ever go for any hair related treatment. Your hair becomes more rough after the products they have used. So my suggestion is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY over this place.
I want to register a complaint regarding my recent visit to matrix, chhatarpur. I visited salon for hair straightening which was costing me approx. 6k, But after the first wash I could not see the expected result.I did complain to the salon After a lot of discussion he accepted his mistake This was my worst experience in matrix Really a pathetic experience. I know the difference that how hair look after straightening so do not try to convince me on that.Highly disappointed! Will not recommend it to anyone. Ever!
The owner of this Studio Mrs. Nivedita is an extremely talented woman. She delivers at her best. As far as standard and facilities are concerned, I bet that this is the best place of Chhatarpur and near by areas. However don't go only on my verdict. Just experience it yourself. I am sure you will get the most wonderful customer service. Do visit matrix and give a new dimension to your personality.
A lot of my friends took the service of this salon have been disappointed beyond belief. It would appear that the only thing that this place isn't resorting to is beating you up! Unqualified, incompetent, arrogant and disrespectful are just a few words that come to my mind. I come from the industry where we take care of our customers, frequently bend over backwards and leave no stone unturned for customer satisfaction. Even if there's a point of disagreement, we resolve this in the most professional and cordial way possible. From what I've heard, the owner sends messages like "AUQAAT NAHIN HAI TO AATE KYUN HO" ....and for what? A few hundred rupees??? This after ruining the most important occasion for a bride. Completely botching up the makeup of the bride and the family! IMAGINE THE AUDACITY!!! No..this is not done....this place is giving a bad name to all salons out there and especially ruining the name of Matrix. I have a good mind of taking this up with Matrix Professionals India and L'Oreal Paris. The owner has to apologise instead of ranting in the replies. My advice to all: Better give money to an orphanage and pay a truly diligent and hardworking small beauty parlour than be hoodwinked by these scamsters! Beware!
I think one of the best places for bridal make over . The owner has outstanding experience in beauty and make ups . Place is well located and staff is courteous . Sisters , girlfriends , wives - do drop down to this place if you want to look good for yourself and your better - half's . A must visit for every woman - girl ,who is beauty counscious !
Awesome salon for Ladies, fulfill with all new technology and amenities, and most beautiful part is staff and owner are so friendly. I have one suggestion for the owner ,please place one branch in Mumbai also, so we can enjoy ur facilities here also.

The trainers here are very humble, and they cater to both girls and boys. The equipment is also in good condition, and they don't overcharge. The hall is fully air-conditioned as well.
