The worst is here. They have ruined my reception. None of the photographers and video were on time and most of the events were not captured. Even the photographers left in between my reception and we didn't had any of the pictures of videos of the most important moments of my life. The owner Sanjay Sharma is simply a sugarcoat speaking person who has useless team. They don't even know photography all photos are clicking in auto mode and repeated the same video twice in my reception video. Please do not hire them for your important moments. They will simply ruin and you will regret later.

Please don't hire these people. It was our worst decision to hire them for our wedding. They made so many commitments and showed expertise when we talked but they were not able to deliver even a fraction of it. 1. Our wedding was in December 2022, we have not received even one final edited picture. 2. They took the complete payment before the wedding. No deliverables received till today. 3. They missed clicking my individual pictures. Imagine missing the bride's individual pictures? 4. They have not clicked guests pictures properly. During the wedding, they only clicked the couple's pictures and left the people sitting around. 5. They were late everyday and sometimes waited to charge their cameras before starting. 6. I live in Ireland and I have been trying to get a hold of him and Sanjay hardly receives my calls. He has used the same pictures to pretend to get in an accident. We believed when he said that the first time. He forgot that he made the same excuse the first time. 7. He talked about moodboards, planning, etc. We had to ask him a day before the pre wedding photoshoot if that is happening or not. He had no ideas or locations planned. I'm regretting it so much because of their inefficiency. These are once in a lifetime events and how can people behave so inefficient and unprofessional. That seems like a common trait in Rachi's businesses.

Absolutely in love with Studio Erato Films. A very hardworking bunch of photographers, love their picture concepts. They are full of talent and integrity. I had hired Studio Erato Films for my wedding which was a priceless memory for us to cherish it lifetime. Kudos to the photographers and their hard works and the way they captured each n every moment so artistically. Thank you Studio Erato Films. I m in love with all the pictures and videos they deliver. Great work and wonderful experience.

I booked my engagement shoot from Studio Erato Films which was on 6th June 2022. I really appreciate Sanjay ji & his team for really amazing shoots. Whenever I see my pictures, there's always a big smile on my face(Happy pictures). As I loved all the shoots of my engagement day. This is my very first feedback for Studio Erato Films and it's just awesome. They don't make memories with their photography, they do make relationship with their customers. I had a very great bonding with the Erato owner Sanjay and it's now more than a brotherhood. The complete Erato team is very professional, humble and loyal to their work. We have finished our pre-wed shooting early this month and complete wedding photoshoot is to be done by next month. And, everyone from my family to my in-laws, my friends to my corporate teammates has appreciated and complimented the work of pre-wedding by team ERATO. Hi Guys, I am feeling very sad to inform you all that I had worst experience to have hired the fraud Photographer Studio Erato films owner name Mr Sanjay my wedding was on 29.11.2021. But till date he has not handed over the video to us after doing continuous follow ups more than thousand time call and msgs, I have so many calls and recordings and 100s of msgs where we are begging them to respond and give our deliverables. he in not responding and now he has blocked me. Every time he has given me endless excuses like is some medical issue he is busy in another event etc etc. We have given him more than 90% payment still not got delivery and he has informed that vidai video has been corrupted, Mr sanjay is is very unresponsive and irresponsible for final video delivery, Very casual approach in his work, According to me customer satisfaction is one of the best part we should follw if we are dealing with customers but Mr Sanjay never bother about it. I am really regretting Why did I even book them for my wedding functions. they have harassed me mentally, every day I keep on following but at the end getting no response. Please don't fall in their trap. He has provided me the teaser and album but that is of no use not a single pics are ok in album as per my selection he has prepared the the pdf for album I was ok with the pdf but album is totally different from the final pdf sent for selection. Half of the pictures are blur in album and more of the pictures are there which is of no use. I informed Mr Sanjay abt the same he confirmed that he will check and get back to me but till date no I have not received any update Guys pls be very careful while choosing the weeding photographer as I have done the biggest mistake.
