When you are do everything in fitness , from strength training to cardio to yoga to zumba to pilates to kick boxing...Studio 1 Life is a perfect choice... Each class has a certified trainer... Joining Studio 1 Life has been one of the best decisions for my health and general well being. The concept of "a different workout each day" makes it very interesting and target all age groups. Though been there for a short time can feel so much more energetic. Thanking the team of trainers for their dedication and encouragement. Keep up the good work.
Very well designed workouts. Classes taken by certified Professionals. Each class is different from the other. Varying workouts from Strength training to Zumba to Pilates to Aerobics to Yoga.. I enjoy every class of it.. All trainers are good in their own forte.. Rebant Sir is a taskmaster.. encourages you to push your limits.. Ajay sir is Super energetic with Zumba / Aerobics classes and real fun dance session... Valli and Akshay sir- Super yoga instructors I have every come across..Proper breathing techniques + Correcting postures + Holding a Yoga positions with Belts , mat pilates with dumbbells, superb expertise and knowledge. I am really liking the change..never like missing any class.. My best wishes to the Team on their 2nd Anniversary!!
Their concept of different workout regimens every day is a lot of fun and also helps you work on your flexibility, stamina and strength. It's the best for people you hate going to gym! All the instructors are extremely sweet but at the same time push you to get the best out of yourselves. Highly recommended!!
At Studio1Life, I simply love their concept of different workout every day that doesn't make my fitness regime boredom. It gave me daily dose of enthusiasm to look forward for daily sessions. Their Zumba, Aerobics and Cardio and Strength training is amazing, i have lost 2 kg in 2weeks. Yoga sessions keeps my body and mind balanced. They have professional and certified trainers and teachers who educate and give attention individually. I strongly recommend them, would rather say that give it a try and experience the magic. The location is best, classroom is clean, sanitised and safe too.
Awesome place for workout ... I really love the concept of different exercise everyday..feels fresh after every workout..the trainers here are really good.. one hour of good workout where u burn calories and feel positive after class.. It's been almost 6 months of me joining the place and I got it renewed again ..
This is a great place if you want to lose weight in a fun way. The trainers are highly professional and experts in what they do. The combination of Yoga and Cardio is a great way to be fit not just physically but mentally too. The place is spacious and well equipped with a washroom and a separate changing room. The studio is sanitized after every workout and only limited members per batch are allowed to maintain social distancing. The 1 hour workout is my happy hour of the day!
