This place is considered as the place where Shukdev Muni preached Shri MadBhagwatam to Raja Parikshit for the first time under the Banyan tree which is considered very old and that very tree under which the great sage told King Parikshit Shri MadBhagwatam in a week and Parikshit attained salvation.
