Students' Activity Centre - Sports complex in Pilani - Jhunjhunu, India

The Student's Academic Cell (SAC) established by former Director Dr. Ashoke Kumar Sarkar, is an organization striving toward academic and research excellence on campus. Our goals include improving research knowledge and providing career guidance to the general student body, bridge the gap between students and faculties, and launching programs for the holistic development of the general student body. SAC conducts many events such as Research, Placement, and Internship Talks. We also maintain a repository of skill development and academic resources on our blog. The students are recruited through a rigorous process consisting of multiple rounds of Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. One of this kind fully equipped sports centre in BITS Pilani. All sort of courts, arenas, and open areas are available for various indoor sports. It is not open for outside public and only BITS students can play here. Facilities include Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Snooker Pool, Dance rooms, Open air theatre, Carrom, Gaming zones, etc. If not participating in sports, atleast a visit once to see the beautiful building out there inside the campus.

A grand temple of learning is the famous BITS, Pilani,Rajasthan where students are chosen by merit and not by reservation whatsoever. And the student activity centre is bubbling with students eagerly waiting for their degrees in the 2023 convocation ceremony!

Apart from being adopted complex it's a place for many activities like club/department work, project work, dance practice, Marshal arts practice, yoga, health club and many more. Occasionally we can see members of student unions and clubs presidents having a meeting here. Recently we had Basant book festival and blood donation camp held here. But to mention that the facilities available here are not upto mark. Also there is not providing for equipment for many sports. It has an open theatre too but it's not too big and also lightning is not proper. But recently few changes were made to it. We have a barber shop from famous chain of barber shops near it. SU BITS Pilani is working hard to improve it.
