It is my first time in gym yet I don't feel like an outsider there...The trainers (my trainer being Ashish) and supervisor really do know their work and they train very smoothly and I'm looking forward to having a great experience here.

The gym isn't properly maintained, the AC gets turned off by 9PM, some equipment are at near failure state but aren't repaired. Proper maintenance of the equipment is not done.

The maintenance is way worse now as compared to last year, machines are not oiled and make sound while using, the movement is not free. In few machines like last pulls the part that locks the leg is not aligned. There is a lot of wear and tear in other machines too.
One of the best gym in CDA!!! Pickon bhai and sambit bhai are very supportive and talented.
this gym is specifically setup for body building with all modern equipments and well maintained as well.. you will find lot of gym enthusiasts on the floor n all the trainers are pretty much approachable to give you additional push to complete that one more repetition

Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you.
