Working out here was best workout sessions i ever had.Can't get a better place for working out in Kota.The trainers were more like bhaiya(brother) for me as they instructed/guided me so well in each and every exercise. Can't get a better place to grow in kota.
Great gym, have all the necessary equipments and many other machines that you may have not seen anywhere until you go to talwalkar gym or any high profiled gym. Membership charges are 1000/- INR (in april 2017). Gym has saparate cardio and strength training area. 2-3 well trained trainers. Worth the price.

Been going there since the time I started out with lifting, trainers are brilliant and the place just keeps getting better and better.
Gym is the best at 1200 per month but personal training fee is a bit high here otherwise this gym is affiliated with the best equipment's that no gym offer in the 2km radius from the gym.

I am a member of the gym, and I love the place. So many things to do and Experienced trainers. And you will find a lot of equipments,here. Really like the place.
Factors that would help you decide .
1. Gym trainers - I have been to other gyms here , and believe me THEY HAVE UNMATCHED , FANTASTIC TRAINERS, (ALMOST LIKE FRIENDS ) to help you out everytime .

3. Gym space - well , i said about 3 FLOOR which clearly indicates how much space they have , literally i mean many gym in kota don't even have a full Floor for workout ..

Great place to work out. Gym is equipped with all advance machine. Trainer is very supportive... fee is also minimal.....

Have all the fitness equipment needed for bodybuilding. I trained here as a student and my trainer was very supportive. I never felt left out here. Good for beginners and intermediate lifters.
