Awesome place! Great food and ambience. Anushka helped us plan the event in detail and Ayush managed very well on the day of event. Deewan ji, Chef Harsh, Camoli, Daniel and entire F&B team took great care of us and made the event a memorable one for all of us. Personal touch and ability to collaborate with all departments to make our event a memorable one was truly differentiating!! If you are looking forward to a great event - would surely recommend Story and the entire team!! The friendly staff and creative drinks make it a must-visit spot in the city.

We went there for an office party and i was shocked to see how they treated all of us. They charged us three times for every drink and they were really rude. They even commented on our upbringing. How bad of an impression they must have put on other country's people. They were there with us for a lovely get together but the restaurant succeeded in turning it into a disaster for us making it a terrible experience for us and our onshore frowned on the whole experience. Especially Mr Shailender who constantly blistered us with plain anger. Being in a hospitality industry they should atleast be mindful of how they are behaving and talking to their consumers who made them! I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all.

*Experience* was okay....but the food and beverage manager SHAILANDER is an idiot of whole new category....the person don't know how to talk to guests and literally need some nursery math classes as he'll charge you for 10 drinks if you're taking 1 drink. When confronted that they can check on cameras then they'll deny. If you're going you'll enjoy but be ready to pay unnecessary 10 times of your actual bill. You'll have fun at first with songs and the experience then you can also have a fight with shailendra cuz that dumb idiot will ask for overcharged money and when confronted...he'll comment on your upbringing even though he's the one with parentless upbringing. I won't recommend anyone for this place but heartily recommend if you have to have beat someone for a valid reason.

Attended a corporate party on a Thursday. Food was not good. Just too bland. The DJ was average. Not even close to what you generally expect a 5star lounge to play. When provided a feedback to him that the crowd is not enjoying, he lamely responded - "I know who is enjoying and who is not". What a waste.

Overall ambience of this place is good and I liked the bar and the service out there but the overall service was quite okay and so was the food. The stairs that led to this place were soiled with water... Doesn't go well with the fact that it's associated with Westin! My expectations were much higher with Westin considering that I have had eaten earlier at Prego and EEST...

I had heard a lot about this club but to my disappointment, this turned out to be a very average club. The service was very slow and almost non existent. There was some water spill and even after telling them for 4 times they did not care to clean it. The music was average and the place was claustrophobic.

I have been here once, for Jeeveshu Ahluwalia's stand up show. I don't know if the venue chosen for the stand up was right or not, but in my opinion it could have been better. Continuous interference of waiters, same height of chairs (caused a hindrance for the people at the back), the speaker quality is also not so good (caused echo) and the noise caused by the bar tenders while making the cocktails and mocktails was really painful. Well this is from the perspective of attending a laughter show. Now if I have to comment in a more generalized way, I would say the bar area where the show was performed really needs refurbishment. The paint, peeling off of the walls, the chandeliers looking dirty (needs to be cleaned) and maybe the whole area can be made a little lit and alive by some murals I'd say. Again this is my opinion.
