Stone Corner, Calicut Beach - Tourist attraction in Kozhikode - Kozhikode, India

The beach is always a beautiful place to be. I have been to many beaches of India. I loved the salted fruits shop and their Cherandi Ice juice.... The beach needs more development support from the Gov.... I found sewage water running into the ocean through the beach... that was a sad sight... The food near the beach is good... Couldn't spent a lot of time there but over all I would give it 3stars

One of the finest beaches in kerala. Its one of the prime attraction for tourists who visits Calicut. Swimming is not allowed in the beach but you can walk through the seashore. You will have a mesmerizing experience of you could visit this place in the evening. There are lots of tiny sellers selling snacks items and eatables special to Calicut only. The view during the sunset cannot be expressed in words, because its so wonderful. Try to visit this place if you are in Calicut or planning to visit. Manachira ground is just 2 km away from the Calicut Vellayil beach.

Nice spot, you can see beautiful sun set and take good pics. even though the spot is that much crowded authorities doesn't take any action on the open sewage water to the sea.

Stone Corner Calicut beach is a very clean and beautiful beach at Kozhikode, Kerala. It is frequented by people. You will see kids and youth playing basketball, volleyball etc. There is a beach road that offers great view while travelling by car as well.

U can get boat ride here for 100rs. They went upto 500m inside the sea and get back u to the shore!! Sun set is amzing experience there.. But if u have foggy day then forget about it...

There are many food street corner and speed boat services available. The beach is kind of dirty neither water seems to be clean ....Disappointed
