STNM hospital - Hospital in Gangtok - East District, India

Everything is free. You might have to run from one department to another. The waiting time is too much. They won't give you anesthesia for small cuts . Doctors are overworked. But it's the best in Gangtok

This star indicate only to Govt of Sikkim for Free Treatment.But Staff of X-ray Dept. was not working satisfactory plus E logical and immature Staff. people are coming from fare way to checkup they just sitting in line waiting for for there name but X-ray department staff calling there relative & friend who was not sitting on line & even complaining this thing to staff we came first & we are in line but then this thing may be heart there ego so they all people who was behind the line from us they calling all name but they are not calling us it was so dishearteningly to say that they appoint for public service but i through they are careless people just working for money please don't do this type of careless work in this service. if you are fade up with this work you can left ,there are many people who are unemployed instead of your place they will work hard.

So poor hospital I went there yesterday 10 of October 2023 I am having severe breathing problem but doctor didn't gave that much importance and when I went for test like xray and all it's so poor and indiscipline they didn't test it properly also like they were too busy and in rush.... whoever will go for treatment please don't go there it's better to go private clinic

Hospital is good. I don't have all departments experience but Dental, Skin, eye Dept are very good. Dermo(Skin) doctor Mr Kalyan C Dahal is very knowledgeable doctor. Gyno doctors are experts but they don't behave friendly with patients.

I didn't knew this hospital is that good such a huge infrastructure... Friendly staffs and the Dr. are also very polite...

I lost my brother on this 7th. And i am having a tough time getting his death certificate. Called them...first up there's no number on google for such a big facility..i had to find it out with my friends help... Now they say after one week..that i have to register for death certificate which then will give me the certificate after 21 days.? . moreover i am asked to get my brother documents attested who's no more. ...like whats the process ..is it this tough to get a death certificate...i hope administration looks into this n help. Fingers crossed. Because during such time shouldn't the process .. be simple for greivieng family. #Om mane padme hom

Such a huge hospital with all facilities and cheap prices... Well done govt of sikkim
