I have been going to this gym from 3 months and I have seen pretty good result. This gym is good for ladies and they have seperate space for ladies. Trainers are really good. They will push during training And teach new forms. The fee is also less, compared to other gyms in this area.

Though i had joined another gym nearby but due to dissatisfaction i left & joined here after 1 week which i don't regret now. I had collar bone pain and back pain , I was very scared to go to gym and even I had thought to drop out from gym and even decided to go hospital , but when I spoke to GYM trainer he suggested me simple exercise.
