I am giving 5 star rating because this place is close to my heart. People are more welcoming here. The premium executive suite was way spacious and it was good. They have pool access. The hotel is very near to main road and near to MG road, Indiranagar. So for commuting there won't be any problem. The food is also good in the hotel.

I stay for one week. Good varieties of food, very healthy and tasty. Staffs are very cooperative and quick response. Swimming pool and open area is very nice. Laundry service is good, timely delivery. Welcome drinks should be available on check in. Overall experience is very good.

The hotel staff is not proficient. They will run after you if you proceed directly to the meals counter without telling your room number as if you are a thief. They refused to give packed cut fruits from breakfast. While checking out they took more than 15 min to prepare the bill. I would rate just one star for the service but that's not an option here. This hotel doesn't give a five star feel. The food is not that great either. A below average five star hotel. Disappointed overall.

Good location.....the design from inside is a little odd..... service was okay....the only open area was also a smoking area .....@edit..... really liked the prompt response from the GM.....speaks volumes of the commitment to quality that the hotel has ....may be they were the victims of expectations from my side. To be fair my stay was comfortable and the observations barring one were more towards making things perfect. A special mention of Miss Sweety who was the relationship manager took special interest in meeting all the guests in the dining area and ask for feedback. Only two things if you can change.....1. the smoking area happens to be pool side and only open area in the hotel. Non smokers my have issues and even smokers have to walk all the way. If each floor could have independent smoking area, the pool side will be free for rest of the guests to enjoy. 2. When I reached the hotel it was late in the night and the only conveyance that I could manage was an auto, which was not allowed inside the gate. This is something I found rude, whatever be the mode of transport used by a guest it should be acceptable to the hotel...... thank you for an otherwise comfortable stay.

I recommend I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional hospitality and affordable prices. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the cost was surprisingly reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great combination of value and service.

I recently stayed at this hotel for corporate trip for 5 days and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The room I was allocated had an unpleasant odor that made the stay uncomfortable but later they changed my room .To make matters worse, the steam bath was not complimentary; it required an additional fee. I seen this first time in 5 star hotel The most disappointing part of my stay was the restaurant experience. The restaurant manager promised fast (Navratri )food, but the delivery was not there . To make matters worse, he continually explained himself, which added to the frustration. Except hotel location rest nothing as per 5star Overall, it was a disappointing stay due to these issues.

Hotel is good. It is bit closed, not much open area, Feels like in a closet. Rooms are good with all the amenities. Location wise it is very good. There were many options in the breakfast.
