Overall was a great experience! Rooms could have been more clean and hygienic as the sheets were little discoloured. Services and the staff cooperation was really impressive. Spa service was also top notch. Totally satisfied and relaxed. Lot more enhancements and betterments can be made. Will be looking forward to see it getting luxurious.

They have a huge property with good service. Only issue is bathroom shower, since renovation work is going on it may be resolved soon. Really had a great experience on our stay.... matchless service... hats off to their team. They have a large area for kids play and a glass house garden restaurant setup

Mixed Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the food was surprisingly good, the overall accommodation left much to be desired. The room and washroom gave off more of a motel vibe, lacking the expected comfort and modern amenities. If you're primarily focused on dining, it might be worth a visit, but for those seeking a well-rounded hotel experience, you might want to explore other options. This is some random hotel which is branded as Sterling.

Kindly Avoid. Below average breakfast, expensive 7k tariff, and their "RO" water tastes not so good to my taste, I asked for bottled water, which isn't very odd, and they refused to offer it as complementary. Upon explaining they didn't give a f. Makes me write this. I'd rather go to the next property, save some money, buy bottled water and give money to deserving properties. Good room btw.

We stayed as couple for 2 nights and I should say that the rooms and services are great.. also the breakfast buffet is best. Good quality food. Location is also fine. Bathrooms are very neat and sterilized. I can't say anything negative to this coz I had a really nice comfortable stay. Worth.

- We paid a huge amount for a room that smelled, for the lifts that didn't work. The room was completely different from the one shown in pictures. We thought booking through zen hotels would guarantee a nice stay, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. We repeatedly requested for a refund or change of rooms, but everybody turned a deaf ear to it.

I regret to inform you that my stay at Sterling Resort Yrlgiy was unsatisfactory. The room was not adequately cleaned, and the swimming pool did not meet the expected standards, affecting the overall experience negatively. Cleanliness and facility maintenance are crucial aspects that need improvement for a more pleasant stay.

The hotel was definitely overwhelmed with being full on the days we stayed. The room service was quite slow.They were trying their hardest to be responsive, but didn't seem like they were adequately staffed.The pool looked terrible and we certainly kept the kids away from it.It's a nice place rooms are clean. Towels need to be replaced they were yellowish stained or smelled oily probably used in spa. Otherwise no complaints. Hot water available all the time. Buffet is decent for the price. Car Parking adequate. We used the connecting double bedroom 2 rooms for 4 people - balcony views are limited there was a house next to us in first floor. No valley view.
