I felt Wow after staying here for 2 days. The look and feel, hospitality, services, arrangement of transport facilities are really good. Actually we had plan to visit many places to have chettinad food. After having food here, we felt that this is one of the best restaurant for stay and food. As I stayed many hotels across the world for our business meetings, I can say that this is one of the best restaurants

Sterling V Grand Madurai Hotel Food quality is too good , I request everyone to take the Taste of there food, yesterday night I take dinner and I found very good quality. Reception people also too good , polite and helpful. As far as room concern it is too bad , Floor of the Room is dirty and sofa , chair is also poor condition AC also not working properly. My room no was 204. More or less good experience but they are unable to make justice to the Brand Sterling

Clean rooms and pretty convenient location. Staff were polite and offered to help whenever possible. Mr Arjunan at the dining room was very welcoming with warm smile even after the buffet timing was over.

Amazing. I happened to book this room at the last moment of our stay in Madurai. We were looking for a decent and spacious property in Madurai, and we just picked up this one, after scrolling through a lot of properties. We stayed in a standard room 308. The room was spacious enough for 2, with cosy and comfortable bed. As soon as we entered this property, there's a huge lobby that welcomed us and the front office staff were great and polite to receive us gracefully. This property is just a little away from the packed city, however the surrounding is still had access to mostly everything. A big pleasent surprise was our breakfast buffet.. Wow that was super amazing spread. Overall, a highly recommendable property while in Madurai.. If we happen to come again, this is the only place we would pick. A decent place for family of business travellers for a short trip. The rooms are just about adequate and the amenities are ok. The pool is a definite plus. The staff are friendly, responsive and competent. Food is of good quality but don't expect much of a service at the breakfast buffet. For some reason the staff during the buffet don't seem keen in engaging. I found them a bit aloof and avoiding contact. For the budget they are one of the best in category.

A very good place in hot spot very convenient for travel in or out. Has great meeting halls to conduct dealers meetings, functions .I have personally conducted nearly 4 events there. The rooftop swimming pool is now very nice very adequate and well maintained. The dinner hall is too now well maintained with high hygienic practices and ambience. The sterling chefs are always nice and vgrand sterling's chef stands among them. The food here has become a very good one. Had become a good dining place for Sunday dinner with family. The bar facility which is named Local also have improved to a great extent with happening events on week ends and it's maintained with good cleanliness now. I can see the management is doing more to make the experience of customer merrier. Liked the placement of snooker table near pool area. Would have been happy if it was operative. Looking forward to visit more times . Highly recommended by me for all above said .

Well maintained and neat rooms.Reception service was good But Very poor in dine room service. Took more than 1 hour each time whenever ordered for cofee and drinking water. Gets delivered only after 4 to 5 reminder calls
