I had a very good experience overall staying at this location. We checked in at evening and was provided with toiletries and was upgraded to a premium room instead of classic. The KOKOMENDO restaurant is very sluggish in its service. Except for food other things were great. There was a bonfire as well. The toilet was clean with good access to hot water. Loved the stay except for food.

The rooms are spacious, the food is great, the service is prompt, and the staff is polite and ever-present. The location and view is excellent as well.

Had a great stay at Sterling Park Kalimpong. Great heritage property, staff were very nice, particularly Karuna, Ujjwal and Pranay were very cordial and took care of the guests extremely well. Even the manager Manoj ji was very nice. Will definitely stay at this property when I come to Kalimpong next time
