Sterling Palavelli Godavari - Resort hotel in Dindi - West Godavari, India

Though i am a very long and happy costumer of sterling and have a very good opinion on its Brand , But But this property and the management are Very disappointing reg. Overall experience on sterling resorts, generally either one among location or service or quality will be excellent on sterling but in this property starting from location, garden , car parking , landscaping, maintenance of garden , cleanliness of the rooms are very very poor , if this kind of property is visited by guests they will surely reject whole sterling resorts, this sterling property is as good as government guest house. So please avoid this property and either book somewhere else on this location or consider changing this locations.

Great service. Rooms could be better but I guess given the hot humid conditions, it is difficult. Location is both great and not so great. Great because it's on the banks of the Godavari, far away from anywhere. And that's why really hard to get to with bad access roads. And before I forget, food was excellent

Food in restaurant was very expensive and very delay in serving. Location and facilities are good and the rooms are clean. It would be helpful to customers if the resort maintains a help desk for sight seeing around the resort.

The location is nice but the maintenance of the buildings are not up to the satisfactory level. Because of the dampness in the surroundings, fungus seen all over the walls in the ground floor.

This holiday experience was the best I had so far. From Rajamundry it's around 70kms. Around 3kms to the resort the road is very narrow but scenic with coconut trees on either side. Please drive real slow on these roads and avoid overtaking. The resort is really beautiful with greenery everywhere. Food is tasty also it's not too spicy. Pool timings are 7am to 7pm. Breakfast is also very tasty especially the Dosas. They have rooms overlooking the Lotus Pond and it's a treat to the eye in the Morning. They have wheelchair facility and the staff were kind enough to offer to wheel my unwell mother. The resort offers boating experience at 300 bucks per head. On the whole I had a beautiful 3N/4D stay. Not well maintained property, average service by staff. Well designed property but without lift and poor maintenance with rusted bathroom fittings ,poorly designed tv space. None of the plug points work in the room.Rooms do have a good view . It is very difficult to reach the property and very poor approach road. No planned parking space available at the property.

Great location but poorly maintained property. Staff is not very responsive. Too many insects everywhere and they don't have any solution to fix the problem.

We have enjoyed lot during our stay. Food is tasty. Rooms are big and cleN. I recommend
