Sterling Ooty - Fern Hill - Resort hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

I stayed for two nights and had a very good experience. Property location is very nice, little outer than Ooty city at peaceful location. Very from room was very nice. Lots of food variety in restaurant, have kids play/activities area as well. Overall very nice stay.

That's our first time visit to Ooty and we booked Sterling Ferns hill and I think that's the best decision we took. It is such a big property and we got such a beautiful room because of Ms. jaya mam. She is always reachable for handling all our queries n providing the support whenever required. She provided her personal contact no to me. Overall it was great experience and she made our stay so pleasant n memorable.

Overall nice experience, specially Jaya ma'am coordinate and help us very well in our stay at Property. Food (Dinner) quality can be improved, variations missing. Only chat corner under restaurant having excellent food quality. Routine maintenance work required (In my room Both the Heaters are not in working condition) House keeping dept required appropriate training Service is not upto the mark, Issues are not resolved quickly, required repeated follow ups.

The location is good, service is good, food was good, but the rooms provided were of 3 star quality at 5 star price. Got an apartment type room at the price of a cottage room. with less outside view, disappointed with stay.

Jaya make our stay very memorable. This place is amazing. It's got something for everyone! Try to get the balcony room. Best view in the house.

All were great especially Jaya Ji. she is a magnificent host and makes you feel at ease. Her behaviour is friendly and she has a great smile. God Bless her. Sterling Fern is a great hotel.

Great service by the hotel staff! Staff took care of my baby's food. I gave them the ingredients and they made the best possible porridge for my baby! Need to appreciate the staff! Rooms were really good! The only drawback was smell outside the location. It was really bad and u get it while you enter and exit the place which is pretty upsetting! Other than that, great place to stay in!
