They stay was comfortable. It's a small hotel with no extra curricular activities. The location is much before the main city so isolated and nothing to do in the hotel.. The mandatory charges of 2800/- should not be levied as the TDH menu is not good at all and if there are less guests then buffet breakfast is also not laid..

Rooms were fine, okayish. Better than most of in Haridwar. But if you want to use the garden for some function or something, it'd be the best place in Haridwar. Food was good. Breakfast and dinner both.

It was a beautiful property. Although it is on the highway so far from Har ki Paudi but the property is very big and beautiful. The food at the restaurant is delicious but the rates are very high. The price of 1 Tandoori Roti is 110rs so if u don't have an issue with the price then it is perfect.Overall my experience is good.
The location of the place is great since it's on national highway, but it's far from main Haridwar city. The service was great. The rooms and washrooms can be maintained better and a small refrigerator should be provided like most hotels.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at this property. Staff here is very rude and ill-mannered. They don't even have basic courtsey especially their receptionist Mr. Yadav has very bad behaviour. I don't even understand how can they have such an ill-mannered individual on their front desk. I have booked 9 rooms for 4 days because of sterling brand name attached to the property. If I would have interacted with the staff, certainly I would not have booked it. I am writing this review. So that you do not waste your money in booking this place.
Booked this without knowing that half of it's place is used for weddings. Our stay was quite unpleasant as there were 2 back to back weddings. Too much noise because of DJ. Far from main city and no provision for drivers. Never we are going to book sterling resorts
