Sterling Legacy Shimla - Resort hotel in Shimla - Shimla, India

This hotel is located near the lift which is the starting point of the mall road . All the famous points are easily accessible by walking. Hotel reception staff were kind enough to upgrade our room . It has a beautiful sit out area from where we could enjoy the whole Manali sunset view. The only drawback was that they didn't provided late-night menu despite there was a late-night menu available in the room on which we were depending on it.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoyed the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and relaxing stay.

Every time I come back to my home we always choose this place as many moments are spent with this . Staffs and managers are very friendly to each other. Really they are treating how guests should be treated.... During our Anniversary the whole setup was amazing . Last month I celebrate my birthday and this is always first priority (110/100)

Stairs are a big problem, had booked a deluxe room, too small, stayed in 3017( try not to stay because it's in an extreme corner) which was in extreme end, needed to climb stairs which was hectic. Monkeys all around which is scary. 3 days stay, after 2 days we were asked to change because that was a better one. But with all the luggage, it was quite a job so preferred to stay there itself. Much hyped hotel, photos were deceptive because the place & rooms looked larger

Booked classic and room was very small that even bathroom doors can't be opened completely. Ur legs will hit the walls when u use toilet. So cramped. Poorly maintained walls and bathrooms. Lot of steps to reach the hotel lift. Very difficult when u have luggage.

Grate location , beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Everything about the hotel was exception. It was clean, room with excellent service in where we had dinner, food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficiently.

I had an amazing stay at this Hotel.Check in ,check out and room service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious.The hotel's location was convenient, and the dining options were top-notch. Highly recommended!

Loved the fact that this hotel is on mall road, service is very quick and nice. The premier room is very spacious and beautiful with all the amenities a luxury room should have. The staff(pankaj)was equally helpful and humble. Had a great experience
