"Not at all worth the price " The house boat was very good and excellent service from staff and food was delicious but definitely does not justify the price, especially with many other boats with similar service at less than half the price. Further, actual time in waters is only 4 hours, rest of the time, it is docked at resort which totally defeats the purpose of house boat. Very disappointed with back waters as hardly any greenery and the waters are clogged with many boats

Had stayed at Sterling Lake Palace for 1 day in Oct 23. In general the location of the resort is excellent. The facilities available are good. The overall lighting in the room and the outdoor lighting needs to be improved. The staff are courteous. Feel that the rooms need to be revamped as they seem quite old.

Excellent location. Special mention about buggy driver Vinod who was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. Pedal boat and swimming pool can be improved. But the location is a lot better than spending time on a houseboat. The classical programs can be at least an hour long. Sunset cruise is a lovely complimentary activity.

We had our wedding function and what can I say, it was an amazing experience and we were well looked after . All the staff members are super friendly and always willing to help. The food is absolutely amazing and great service. I highly recommend this place. It is a well maintained resort.We are already planning our next trip .

Had a wonderful time at the resort on our official trip. Rooms are spacious and beautiful view. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Alush for his help from booking of the rooms to checkin to checkout and all other queries we had.

I would definitely give a 5 star to Arun the chef at the restaurant. He came to our table and asked if there anything he could do to enhance our dining. Visiting to Kerala for the first we had heard a lot about the culinary experiences from friends and relatives so we decided to try his tiger prawns and fish curry made with coconut based sauce and I tell you both the items were exceptionally delicious. We loved the tiger prawns so much that we ended ordering it a second time. We were really delighted with Arun's detail& professionalism.

A one of a kind experience with all the in house activities available to keep you engrossed and make your stay amazing. The complementary cruise ride of the lake, complementary breakfast, complementary gym and complementary library just made my stay awesome. The chefs served lip smacking food and the lunch and dinner menus don't burn a hole in your pocket.
