My patient is very good feeling at the sterling hospital. We r very satisfied of both places. My mother in law's radiation & kimo therapy .we pray to God kill all types of cancer in the world.
I'm totally dissatisfied with treatment of my father Shri. Jaysukhlal nanalal Joshi, who was suffering Pneumonia fever and expired during treatment during discharge time previously treatment Global hospital file was not given me. Then I have to contact billing department. I have submitted the deposit amount of 20,000/- Rs. Which is not returned me yet
Had a whole body check up few days back. Me and my whole families taking services from the hospital since last 13 years but had a worst experience this time. Staff is not bothering about the patients was there since 8 oclock they took lot of time in each and every procedure. I have paid 3 times more for body check up as compared to market rate even though need to wait for meeting doctors no management at all hospital was not cleaned, mosquitoes and flies are there, canteen food was not fresh, requested staff to give quick service as my child is just 1yr old but not taking seriously, some of the doctors have list concern not checking the reports as they are getting late to go back to home. Very bad experience with hospital never ever visit again neither recommend to someone else.
Very bad experience. Their staff asks for mobile and gives 5 star ratings themselves. Most of the 5 star ratings you see here are possibly posted by their staff member from patients mobile. (I had to edit it and rewrite this one.)
My sister in law did whole body check up in this hospital and they gave completely wrong report they gave 119 report of diabetes (hbA1c ) which was per diabetic and we were so afraid but then we went to bhatt laboratory and seth laboratory and we came to know that it was 85 only Dont ever go there you might won't have anything and they will say you have a cancer
This hospital was very good and I felt like going through the treatment here. It was clean. The nursing staff was also very kind. The doctors here treated me like God and I felt like I had a new lease of life. Special thank you for all Dr. , nursing staff, house keeping staff, cantin staff .
