Worst hospital in kolkata. My patient was discharged 2 days age. Food quality was very bad. Nursing staff's behaviour was not so good. Ward attendants were worst. My patient was falling down in bathroom. Treatment was no as much expected and billing was also very much high than other private hospitals. So, overall very bad experience.
They only treat well if given a handful of money everyday...Very slow treatment to patients...the reception area guards are like school P.T teachers being don't do this , don't do that...c'mon it's a hospital not a school...some nurses can't even spell the medicine names....it's too much worst experience
Earlier it was good, but now very pathetic condition is there. Neither they have good hospital management nor have experienced doctors. For any serious case, public should avoid this nursing home.
Moreover service and hygiene both have no quality. This nursing home can be compared with any Panchayat area outdoor unit.
They don't have landline no for emergency cases.
Government should not give license for such nursing home in a capital area.
I went for OPD visit they don't have proper waiting area for patient. The charge 50/- for the services like waiting in the footpath. Not having proper place to sit and wait.
Very satisfied with the service.Highly recommended. One of the very few hospitals in Kolkata which does not overcharge. Genuine service and genuine billing. Proper care is given to the patient. All the attached doctors are good and do their best. Very reasonable rate. Keep up the good work.

Cannot imagine that in ICU ward, there is water leakage from AC and that is pouring on patient. Parents are even not allowed to meet for just 2 min. Long Queue in lobby. Empty reception.
How are they getting licence to run show like that ?

Very poor hygiene and services provided. Rooms are not upto the mark which is expected. Lack of manpower is also a major drawback.
